A rare French Provincial farmhouse flip-top extension kitchen harvest table with beautifully aged warm rustic patina!
Born in Provincial France in the late 19th century, exceptionally executed in sophisticated Louis XV Rococo taste, having a long rectangular hinged top, elevated on an extending frame with scalloped apron, elegantly rising on cabriole legs.

Open: 29.25" High, 66" Long, 44" Deep.
Bottom of apron to floor (clearance): 23.5" Tall

A rustically elegant country French Provincial farm house harvest work table with warm rich patina and refined Rococo styling. circa 1750
Hand-crafted in the mid-18th century, most likely originating in the former Provence / Nice / Alps region of the South of France, a beautiful area near the Italian border and Mediterranean sea. Hand carved of solid fruitwood, executed in period Louis XV taste (1715-1774) with sophisticated Rocaille elements.
Featuring a long narrow rectangular five plank boarded top with pleated end, attractive dark rustic patina and desirable overhang; above a simple tall apron with curvacious hand sculpted scalloped edge, rising on elegant cabriole legs.
