Syrian Game Table Carved Walnut with Inlay, Early 20th Century

About the Item

Syrian game table, extensively hand carved walnut, with inlay of bone and mother of pearl. Top opens and flips to show chess, checkers and backgammon boards. The top lifts off to reveal a green velvet lined compartment to hold game pieces. Table opens to 36 inch square. Beautiful table in very good antique condition. Syria, late 19th century - early 20th century.
