About the Item

The gueridon is of circular outline in mahogany , crossbanded, and cube parqetry and with single freize drawer, raised on four curved legs,, united by a shaped undertier . This table is not signed but is in Christopher Payne's book Linke, The Belle Epoque of French Furniture p489. The workmanship, design, choice of timber , and of course the crisp and well- chosen mounts all support our attribution
