This is a heavy mounted gilt bronze porcelain urn. It is hand painted in the center of the body with a pastoral scene of a romantic couple seated and the gentleman is offering a bouquet of flowers to the lady. The other side depicts a scene of a maid showing a basket of flowers to a lady, while another lady observes some birds and a male servant is apparently rolling a yard stick. A relief of white feathers with gilt borders adorned above and below the hand painted scenes. A gilt bronze wide band embellished with a relief of acanthus leaves covers the neck.
