About the Item
A good diminutive Georgian mahogany side or writing table, attributed to Gillows of Lancaster, circa 1790.
The table made from the finest solid mahogany, the top having a bow front and a ribbed top, below are a pair of drawers, each with the original pair of circular cast brass pulls.
The table is raised on four gently tapered ring turned legs and tall tapered feet, the table is of unusual diminutive proportions and is in very good condition, original finish and attributed to the workshops of Gillows of Lancaster & London.
