About the Item
Psychedelic kaleidoscope of vibrant color and imagery. Done in the style of renown psychedelic 60s artist, Phillip Schreibman. Highly saturated reds and blues on a turquoise background. The artist's technique is due mostly from physically tilting, shaking and moving the canvas along with blowing the highly diluted and liquid medium. The artist manages to attain dreamscape of sinuous clouds and swirls. Acrylic or tempra on canvas. Good overall condition with no visible rips, tears or punctures. No visible paint losses. Naturally occurring cracquelure and crazing of the paint medium due to the creation process. The framing treatment consists of a simple flat wood profile molding with gold accent molding. Wear to frame due to age.
Approximate overall dimensions with the frame are 2" deep x 44.25" wide x 33.25" high. The canvas measurements are approximately 43.25" wide x 32.25" high.
