This exquisite and beautifully painted 19th century Italian oil painting depicts the childhood of Virgin Mary, Child and John the Baptist. The large, framed canvas piece is a beautiful example of traditional Italian art style, with intricate details and vivid colours. The painting Measuring 70cm in length, 3cm in width and 96cm in height, and gilded frame 110cm x 85cm this handmade painting is an original piece from the early 19th century (1800-1830) pre Raphaelite.
