About the Item
Wonderful pair of paintings by the Mexican artist David Correa (b 1965). They are signed and dated 2004. African themed and. Inscribed on the back stretcher “Sinfonia Africana” and “Viaje A Gion”. Roughly translate to African Symphony and Voyage to Gion, which we believe refers to Gihon Africa, and possibly the mythical Garden of Eden. Beautiful vibrant colors and wonderfully symbolic. They are in very good condition.
