Folk Art Gilded Window from Sign Painters Storefront

About

Truly a dying art, the local sign painter has become a thing of the past. This fantastic framed window was an advertisement that hung in a sign painters shop. The large letters are gold leaf, trimmed in gold mirror. The palette and artist are the same technique, with colors added for effect. The glass is clear, so it will incorporate any wall hue or color placed behind it. The glass window is framed in a simple painted wood frame. We have added hanging clips in the top corners. The sign shows overall charm and age. There is a small BB hole in the top of the letter G, as shown.
