Framed Oval Oil Painting on Panel by M V Tongerloo is a delightful landscape rendered in an unusual vertical oval format. The artist has employed cool colors to create a sense that the time depicted is around dusk. The sandy, sparsely treed area would indicate it's near the coast, and wild Spring flowers are in bloom in the foreground for an interesting effect. Survives in its original finely detailed oval frame. Signed by M. V. Tongerloo.
