Torei Ogita
1899 ~Died in 1979 at the age of 81 from
Tochigi Prefecture.
Teacher: Seiun Komuro
Came to Tokyo and studied under Seiun Komuro.
He was first selected for the 8th Teiten in 1929, re-selected for the 12th Teiten in 1920, and was selected as a special selection for the 15th Teiten in 1920. He was also selected for the Bunten in the fall of 1931, and the Shinbunten in the following year in 1932. After that, he was nominated again in 1937.
Even after the war, he continued to excel in landscapes and was active in government exhibitions, including being selected for numerous exhibitions at the Nitten Exhibition.
This work depicts ``Fishing Boat'' in handpainted and on silk.
The box is a double box.
The paper has some small stains and wrinkles, but is generally in good condition.
The mounting has small stains, wrinkles, curling wrinkles, lifting, peeling, and chips on the tip of the shaft.
