About the Item
This is a fine, naturalistic oil on canvas landscape painting by Danish artist Einar Wilhelm Christian Parslev (1891-1977). The painting is impressionist in style and kept in earthly colours of summer or early autumn.
Einar Parslev was a renowed autodidact painter of landscapes and portraits. This painting is from 1945 and is signed by the artist in the lower left corner.
The painting is in good vintage condition with a little wear and withering of colours according to age. It is framed in a goldish painted wooden frame (please see photos of wear on frame).
