An exquisite oil portrait on canvas featuring Lucy A.M Guilland, Countess of Aiguy who was born on November 22, 1852. She elegantly dons a fancy black dress as well as a white lace blouse with a small holly branch, complemented by a charming hat adorned with an ostrich feather that reveals her cascading curly hair. Her enchanting blue eyes exude an aura of sweetness and romance. The painting is framed in a period gilded wood frame and embellished with ribbons and scalloped details on the inside. This unique and original piece is dated to 1886. This painting would fit any chic interior
