An exquisite wooden neo-gothic frame with the photo of a priest and the head of a school for arts and crafts. Made in Belgium for the “St. Alphonsus vrije beroepsschool”, Rousselare, signed and dated 1925. Both picture and wooden frame make a captivating piece that effortlessly combines artistry and spirituality. This stunning artwork is a testament to the skill and creativity of the artist, who has masterfully captured the essence of the priest's serene presence. The school’s crafts were depicted on the frame, carved in wood. There is a small damage on the right side of the frame (see pictures).
