Original vintage travel advertising poster for the 1953 San Fermin festival in Pamplona Spain on 6-20 July / Pamplona San Fermin de 1953 del 6 al 20 de Julio Ferias y Fiestas Grandes Corridas de Toros Emocionantes Encierros Prima Feria de Muestras de Navarra featuring a dynamic design of a bull turning behind a smiling matador bullfighter wearing white and red and holding a blue cape against a shaded yellow background, the stylised text and coat of arms below. The famous historic Encierro / Running of the Bulls event takes place annually and involves hundreds of people wearing white with red scarves running in front of bulls along the narrow streets of the Pamplona old town to the Plaza de Toros bullring.
