Framed French Porcelain Fragment

About the Item

A piece, fragment of porcelain off of a piece of furniture in a shadowbox and trimmed in French braided ribbon in the neoclassical style. Early 19th century porcelain could be a little older. The paper label shows where it was bought in New York City probably in the early 50s. The porcelain piece measures 5 1/2 x 9“.
