Patinated Silver Figural Plaque by Roberto Ceccherini from 1963

About the Item

Our silver plaque by the Italian artist, Roberto Ceccherini, shows children playing with a dog. It is partially gilt and patinated, and decorated with geometric shaped colored glass or stones. Signed and dated in lower right corner. 1559 grams, 55 ounces. Marked 800. The artist is a sculptor and ceramicist probably best known for his work for Fratelli Colzi.
