Art Deco Platinum and Gold Watch Chain c.1920s
About the Item
A 1920’s Watch Chain in Gold and Platinum has links that alternate with two platinum and one gold throughout . This was worn with a fob and a pocket watch on a waistcoat. Popular in the Victorian through the Retro periods dapper gents wore a chain like this buttoned to one side of their vest with the pocket watches inserted into the small pocket on the other side for easy access to time. A fob would often hand from the center to add interest. So unique to wear one today with your choice of fob. Great style and individuality. Length 13 1/2 inches
