Antique Victorian Black Onyx and Diamond Locket

A stunning, fine and impressive antique onyx, pearl, 0.98 carat diamond and enamel, 18 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our diverse Victorian gemstone jewelry and estate jewelry collections This stunning antique pendant has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The stunning central oval shaped onyx panel is embellished with an impressive yellow gold eight-pointed star design. This star motif is ornamented with a feature Old European cut diamond to the center, accented with eighteen Dutch cut diamonds graduating in size, in a stellate manner. The anterior surface of the pendant is further ornamented with thirty-two impressive natural and seed pearls, segmented with black hot enamel. This stunning Victorian pendant is suspended from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 18" curb chain via an integrated tapering bale ornamented with three further natural pearls, in addition to a black hot enamel border. The chain secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening to the reverse. This antique locket has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold. The drop style Art Deco pendant displays a feature bezel set cabochon onyx segmented into two sections, divided by a band platinum band ornamented with six Old European cut diamonds. The outer circumference of the feature cluster design is encircled with a paralleling platinum border embellished with twenty Old European cut diamonds. This feature Art Deco onyx and diamond design is suspended from an unembellished tapering setting. The pendant suspends from a contemporary 18" 18k white gold trace chain via an integrated ring loop to the upper border of the design, and secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This stunning, fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 12k yellow gold. The impressive oval shaped black onyx panel is embellished with an impressive feature round bead cut coral to the anterior surface. The central coral is encompassed with eighteen individually collet set demantoid garnets*, totalling 0.36ct. The reverse of the pendant is fitted with a push fit glass panel which allows a personal memento or keepsake to be displayed. This black onyx pendant is suspended from an 18' 18k yellow gold curb chain via a stylised fleur-de-lis bale ornamented with black hot enamel decoration in addition to a collet set round beat cut coral.
