A stunning, fine and impressive antique 0.45 carat sapphire, 0.92 carat diamond and 0.05 carat ruby, 14 karat yellow gold and silver set pendant / brooch; part of our antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This stunning antique Victorian brooch/ pendant has been crafted in 14k yellow gold with silver settings. The setting has been modelled in the form of a dragonfly. The pierced decorated paired wings are embellished with fourteen pavé set Old European cut diamonds, of various sizes. The thorax of the dragonfly is ornamented with an independently yellow gold bezel set 0.45Ct round faceted sapphire, the attached segmented abdomen is silver set with a further four graduated Dutch cut diamonds.
