The inspiration for these rings comes from the color and the timelessness of the gemstones and ancient manual techniques of jewelry making, such as granulation, fusing, metal forming. These techniques were introduced by pre-Classical Sumerian, Mycenaean and Minoan cultures and built upon during Greek Classical and Hellenistic periods when naturalistic forms were introduced.
