Steven Battelle 10.1 Carats Tanzanite Silver and 18k Gold Ring
About the Item
A 12 x 15 mm oval rose-faceted tanzanite is held in a medieval inspired "4-point" line textured bezel surrounded by a matching line textured double bezel - all atop a wide sterling hammered shank in a grey matte-finish. The shank could easily be polished to a shiny silver finish if that was preferred. This ring is currently sized 7. It is resizable. Beautiful color and very distinctive. Game of Thrones!

Steven Battelle
After a chance trip to SouthEast Asia in 1987, Steven Battelle became fascinated with the jewelry and iconology from the ancient cultures of Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Asia. Eventually forming a partnership with a dedicated group of Balinese village goldsmiths using painstaking handmade techniques, they together create unique designs that incorporate those timeless and classic motifs. He incorporates primarily cabochon gemstones as well as ancient Greek and Roman coins, each piece capturing the feelings of a bygone age. If you wish to create your own special piece, similar to a style we make, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
