About the Item
One of the finest Brazilian aquamarine cabochons we have ever dealt with is set in a granulated "4 point with stacked jawan" ancient-inspired handmade design to create this stunner of a ring. The 14 x 20 oval cabochon is a super deep blue with beautiful chatoyancy that is extremely uncommon and rare. It is highlighted in contrast against the rich high-karat gold. This ring is sized 7.5. It is resizable. A signature classic design with a one of a kind stone! Not repeatable.

Steven Battelle
After a chance trip to SouthEast Asia in 1987, Steven Battelle became fascinated with the jewelry and iconology from the ancient cultures of Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Asia. Eventually forming a partnership with a dedicated group of Balinese village goldsmiths using painstaking handmade techniques, they together create unique designs that incorporate those timeless and classic motifs. He incorporates primarily cabochon gemstones as well as ancient Greek and Roman coins, each piece capturing the feelings of a bygone age. If you wish to create your own special piece, similar to a style we make, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
