Even in indirect natural light, when some orange opals tend to look soupy, this stone takes on a gorgeous moire sheen. Eytan Brandes bezel-set the stone in a heavy, bold solitaire -- over twenty grams of rich, unmistakable 18 karat gold -- with a beautiful satin finish.
