Great Signet Ring in solid 18K Yellow Gold with detailed hand - engraved intaglio with symbols of Faith Hope and Love on convex shaped paste Glass 8.3mm x 7.3mm x 1.5mm deep .Well done intaglio carving work with delicate and miniature details that makes fine impression on any soft and pliable matter. This is a special type of Paste Glass with higher content of lead for better reflection and extra hardness, used in Europe for centuries. Note that special bezel that holds the setting. Swedish ring, hallmarked 18K, city and makers marks. Year hallmarks S4 / hand - made in 1843. . 181 years ago. Size : Ø 4.5 US / 15.27 mm. Sizing is possible. Weight: 2.35 grams. Used condition.
