Who is the female Photorealist painter?
1 Answer

The female Photorealist painter that many people think of first is Audrey Flack. Her photography, prints and paintings concentrated on everyday household items like tubes of lipstick, perfume bottles and fruit arranged as tabletop still lifes. The American painter often depicted historical moments in her Photorealist paintings, such as World War II (Vanitas) and Kennedy Motorcade. Women were also frequent subjects of her Photorealist paintings. Other female Photorealist painters include Raphaella Spence, Marie-Claire Baldenweg and Leigh Behnke.
