Antoni Janusz Pastwa
Antoni Janusz Pastwa was born in 1944 in Brzóza. He graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Faculty of Sculpture. Pastwa obtained his diploma in 1970. Between 1974–1981, he was an assistant at professor Słonina’s studio. From 1981, he ran a studio of stone sculpture, in 1987, becoming a docent and in 1992, he received the title of fine arts professor. Since 1995, he has run Studio of Sculpture at the Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art. Since 2001, he has run his degree awarding studio at the Faculty of Sculpture. His artworks are part of the collection of the National Museum in Warsaw, Olympic Museum in Lousanne, Museum of sports in Madrid as well as public spaces in many Polish cities in Greece and in Hungary.
