"This piece exudes the end of the day - the warm dusk that we experience after a fulfilling day," shares artist Voskan Galstian. "The white in it represents the beginning of the day, where the black represents the end. There are different streaks of light and although the colors are a bit darker, they speak of calm and quiet strength."

About the Artist
When Voskan Galstian approaches a canvas, he does so with an open mind. "When I am creating art I tend to sever my mind from making decisions" he explains. His paintings show this intuitive process in their dynamic movement and unique color combinations. Voskan finds inspiration in abstract expressionism; in the vein of that style, he paints based on his deepest emotions. Many people have expressed that they feel a connection with his work - in some cases, it soothes them. When he's not making art, you can find Voskan traveling or reading about geography.
