As low-lying clouds blanket the surrounding hills, artist Onelio Marrero captures the tranquil allure of the Glendalough Monastery in Ireland on a rainy day. "The place bears the marks of its age, and everywhere, nature relentlessly tries to reclaim its right of way," says Onlelio. Filled with lush greenery, the place now serves as a pilgrimage site where visitors find peace and connection with the environment.

About the Artist
Artist Onelio Marrero paints impressionist scenes of everyday life. Whether he captures the romanticism of New York City or the soothing quiet of a rippling pond, he infuses each piece with the visual magic of the moment.
