About the Item
"Woman-Warrior of the modern world" series
This work reveals the multilayered perception of a woman as both the protector and keeper of her world. As part of the series “The Woman-Warrior in the Modern World”, the painting explores the delicate balance between peace and strength, harmony and the readiness to defend it. The heroine embodies a balance that forms the foundation of her inner world: she is surrounded by comfort, yet prepared to protect her boundaries from any threat.
The symbolism of the work leads the viewer away from literal interpretation to philosophical reflection: every detail, from her light dress resembling chainmail to the weapons seamlessly integrated into the interior, invites contemplation on personal boundaries, the responsibility to preserve harmony, and a hidden readiness to act. The work serves as a reminder that even in the most peaceful spaces, strength and mindfulness remain indispensable.
The painting invites the viewer to see the heroine not only as a warrior but also as a creator of peace, uniting opposites that become her essence. Thanks to its multilayered interpretations, each viewer can find their own meaning: whether it’s reflections on personal boundaries, an exploration of modern female identity, or the philosophy of inner resilience at the core of peace.
