This painting Surf'n Minnie titled "Live Surf Die" is in Matt Straub's STREET POP style. The elaborate frame of this oil painting was also painted by Straub to be part of the art. I have included several close up detail images of the painted frame.
Straub, famous for his classic Pop Western images of cowboys and cowgirls of the American West has created this mash up of iconic characters with pop imagery painted in his unique Street Pop style.
