In this artwork, I've juxtaposed the timeless elegance of a poised figure with the playful curiosity embodied by two black cats. My brushstrokes in acrylic and oil dance across the canvas, capturing the contrast of soft human contours and the sleek feline forms against the bold pattern of the sofa. It's a narrative of tranquility, coexistence, and the beauty found in silent moments. This piece invites contemplation and adds an air of serene sophistication to any space.
Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam, silver leaves and Italian canvas tm Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Additional framing is not required. Series "Life in Avatar". Artwork is signed and is accompanied by a certificate.
Name: Natalia Bagatska. Born: 1967, Horodyshche, Ukraine. Lives and works in Kyiv. She graduated from the University of Technology and Design in "clothing design" specialty. Profession: artist. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Specialization: acrylic painting. Style: hyperrealism, photorealism, contemporary realism. Historical techniques of oil painting, embodied in acrylic paints. Subjects: Still lifes, nature, environment, people. Has more than 30 group and 4 personal exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. The works are presented in various printed publications, in particular "Kyiv in art", Italian magazine "Hyperrealism", "Artbox Project Basel. Miami" Artbox Project Barcelona 2.0, Switzerland, online magazines "ArtBaazar", as well as special projects "365 Days After" (international), "Women in Art", "Hryvnia Art" (Ukraine), etc. The works are part of the Museum's collection prominent figures of Ukrainian culture in Kyiv and the Korsak Museum of Modern Art in Lutsk.
