About the Item
Nature's sky coupled with a lavish sunburst crowning the neighboring meadow offers a reprieve in hectic times! Marigold yellow fades into daffodil yellow and lemon yellow floating and meandering in an abstract expressionist contemporary voyage. Polish American Artist Eugene Maziarz uses a variety of impressionist brush strokes as he adds texture and dimension with impasto layers of oil paint into his unfolding original composition. Having been educated in painting in Poland, prior to migrating to the United States, Eugene Maziarz was appointed by the Ministry Committee of Culture of Warsaw, Poland, as a member of the prestigious Polish Organization of Artists; while still a resident of Poland, Maziarz also distinguished himself by teaching art at some of the leading Polish universities. He is now a full time artist showing and selling his unique works across America from Napa Valley to Philadelphia as well as abroad including extended visits to the land of his birth, Poland.
