About the Item
From an older series that I recently revisited to do a commissioned piece of my running horses. I enjoyed doing it so much that I created this variation. When my parents gave me an oil paint set for my 11th birthday the first thing I painted was a horse, so this love goes way, way back. This one I just started it without a plan, just a subliminal technique that forms while it’s being created. So, I just went off on dark horses to light and the light background to the darker background in varying shades of gray.
