Chaco Terada
Star Dust III

2014

About the Item

In this series, Terada photographs cherry blossoms on water in energetic and engaging all-over compositions working on both micro and macro levels. Employing separate layers of printed silk these images literally change, altering their orientation based on the viewers vantage. With this unique technique, Terada's images seem to flutter as one moves about the room. Images are multi-layered archival pigment prints on silk and bound in 8-ply mat-board.
