Using photography and painting as starting points, she folds her images, fragments, and introduces cuts into reality that invites viewers into a new discontinued version of reality.
Viviana Zargon’s works are in many private and public collections. She has exhibited worldwide in numerous solo shows, galleries and art fairs and has been in collective exhibitions at museums and institutions, such Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires; Fundación Joan Miró, Barcelona; Museo Caraffa, Córdoba; Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Buenos Aires; Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Puerto Rico; Museo de Arte Moderno de República Dominicana; Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Panamá; Latino Museum of History Art and Culture, Los Angeles, among others. Zargón currently works and lives in Buenos Aires.
