With the Scythe is an original color serigraph on paper, realized in 1968 by the German artist Axel Knipschild (1946, Erfurt - Dusseldorf, 1983).
Signed and dated with in pencil on lower right margin, this is the first artist's proof.
A beautiful specimen in two strongly contrasting colors representing a graphic composition with a scythe and a half of iliac bones.
In very good condition, except for a light fold on the lower-left corner, our print could give your house a rock contemporary touch!
Axel Knipschild Born 1946 in Erfurt, Germany. Lived and worked in Stockholm, Sweden and Düsseldorf,Germany. Passed away in 1983.
