Evocative, sensual and voluptuous, Marc Lagrange's work celebrates beauty and pleasure. With a predilection for nudes and portraits, he created luxurious and timeless settings, where eroticism and intimacy play a central part. Building trust and chemistry with his models, Lagrange was daring but never crosses into mere titillation. He got them to reveal parts of themselves in a trusting climate, transforming the photo shoot as the ultimate performance act. Combining the glamour of classic Hollywood with the sensibility of an Old Master painting, all his alluring heroines seem at ease and approachable and yet just tantalizingly out of reach. Lagrange's work has been praised by critics and is still actively collected worldwide. Having showcased his photographs through countless solo exhibitions throughout the world and published seven books under his name (Polarized in 2009, Marc Lagrange 20, XXML The Book in 2011, Diamonds & Pearls in 2013, Senza Parole in 2016 and Chocolate in 2019), Lagrange has made a name for himself as one of the most prominent photographer of the early XXIst century. Born in Congo in 1957, Marc Lagrange lived and worked mostly in Antwerp, in Belgium. He passed away in Tenerife in December 2015.

'Dubawi' (foaled 7 February 2002) is a retired Thoroughbred racehorse and active sire.
Dubawi is a bay horse with no white markings bred in Ireland by Sheikh Mohammed's Darley Stud. He was one of the only crop of foals sired by Dubai Millennium, an outstanding racehorse. His dam, Zomaradah was a top class racemare who won the Oaks d'Italia, E. P. Taylor Stakes, Premio Lydia Tesio and the Royal Whip Stakes.[2] As a descendant of the broodmare Sunbittern, Zomaradah, who also produced the Lancashire Oaks winner Emirates Queen, was closely related to In the Wings, High-Rise and Virginia Waters.[3] The colt raced in the blue colours of Godolphin and was trained by Saeed bin Suroor. He was ridden in all but one of his races by Frankie Dettori...
