These lithographs, originally made in black and white in the Nopal Press workshop in LA, are unique pieces that show the primitive spirit of the artist.
Yanieb has a spiritual connection with nature, which she translates to her work. She invites nature to intervene in her work. She sometimes buries her paintings or drawings in the ground or in the sea and leaves them for several months, allowing the salt water or soil to alter the materials.
