He contributed to many newspapers of his time, such as The Laugh, The Butter Plate, The Smile, The Bayonet, The Gazette of Bon Ton, Comoedia, Der Querschnitt, Vogue, Vanity Fair, The Chronicle of the Month, Paris Toujours, The French Courrier, Le Crapouillot, Le Figaro, Paris-Midi, Paris-Soir. Besides being a prolific illustrator, he has also produced advertising drawings and theater sets.
