About the Item
One of 30 copies ROBERT BARTEL Painter, graphic artist, creates drawings, objects and spatial arrangements. Mixes spatial objects with traditional techniques - drawing and graphics. Since 2001 he has worked as a lecturer at the University of Arts in Poznań teaching Psychophysiology of Vision and Visual Structures. His works have been exhibited at individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad (Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Ukraine, Spain and Portugal). He is involved in art therapy giving Art Therapy Workshop at the Hospital for Mentally Disabled in Gniezno. He is also the director of Postgraduate Studies in the field of Artetherapy and Promotion of Mental Health in the Higher School of Social Sciences in Poznan and a member of the Association of Psychiatry throught the Arts in Kraków. Organized, curated and participated in over fifty exhibitions of art created by people with mental disorders. Author of twelve publications in this field.
