West End Musical by Laura Jordan is a large cityscape limited edition print that was created in 2017. This artwork is a fun filled portrait of London featuring many famous landmarks and statements of London including a telephone box, the Shard, Big Ben, the London Underground, St Paul's and even the exciting opening of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
The work is a Limited Edition Print in an edition of 20.
The print is sold in a black frame and the work is float framed; The framed size measures at W: 83 x H: 113cm x D: 4.7cm .
'West End Musical' has been printed on archival paper with a hand finished overlay of pencil watercolour and collage. The process in which Laura Jordan creates her work is that she produces lots of small illustrations which are then layered on top of each other to create a larger cityscape. The drawings are scanned and rescaled to create the print. The work has been signed, titled, stamped and editioned along the bottom edge of the print. All writing has been done using pencil.
