Yang Mingyi was born in 1943 in Suzhou. He has consistently been included in National Fine Arts Exhibitions since the mid-70’s and as early as 1981 was exhibited internationally in France, India and Japan. His international exhibiting continued through the 90’s in London, Hong Kong and New York, and he is still widely published and shown today. See label attached verso for more information.
