Tracey Emin: I Lay Here For You (Hand signed and dated fine art monograph)
Located in New York, NY
Tracey Emin: I Lay Here For You (Hand signed and dated book), 2022 Hardback monograph (hand signed and dated by Tracey Emin) on Munken Lynx Smooth Natural White 170 gsm with endpapers of Colorplan Candy Pink 135 gsm; matt laminate printed cover with black head and tail bands Hand signed and dated by Tracey Emin on the title page. 9 × 6 3/4 × 2/5 inches Unframed Hardback monograph with illustrated boards and no dust jacket as issued, hand signed by Tracey Emin. A beautifully designed publication I Lay Here For You, sumptuously illustrated and with a fascinating essay by Katy Hessell, author of The History of Art without Men. About the project: Tracey Emin’s first Scottish show since 2008, I Lay Here For You (28 May – 2 October) will offer an intimate encounter with love and hope set against the domestic architecture and informal woodland of Jupiter Artland. Imbued with connotations of both warmth and vulnerability, resonating with Tracey Emin’s belief of the ‘personal as political’ the exhibition will feature brand new work by the artist reflecting on the possibility of love after hardship. Tracey Emin’s participation in Jupiter Artland’s 2022 season begins with the unveiling I Lay Here For You, a six metre bronze sited personally by the artist in an old-growth beech grove. Larger than life, powerful and at ease, the sculpture presents a radically different view of woman’s place...

Abstract Landscape India Edition 3/5 Linocut Print Nature Aubergine Green
Located in Norfolk, GB
There is a natural and raw understanding in Mukesh Sharma’s prints that both depict, and are influenced by, the Rajastani communities of his home town in rural India. In these Limited Edition fine-art prints, made over a period of twenty years, we are offered the colours of India’s ancient land, the textures, light and the patterns that are everywhere. In the patterns of the arable fields to the jali's (carved screens) in the architecture. This work is however not romantic nor nostalgic but shows a deeper rooted need to offer a visual heritage of place, of where the artist is from and the journey that he is taking. The results are both compelling and honest. Mukesh Sharma, Frenzy M1, Lino-cut chin- coll’e on German Ivory paper Edition: 3 of 5, 2005 Image size: 45 x 33 cm / Sheet size: 79 x 55 cm Unframed 'In this work in particular I feel that a true work of art is the creation of an experience from the interaction between the human self and the outside world' Mukesh Sharma's work: It is often in childhood that paths are set for what we will become. Mukesh Sharma hails from a rural, agricultural village in Rajasthan, India. His Father is a craftsman who fixed and mended farm machinery and understood the working parts in the processes. Sharma followed in his Father’s footsteps, as is often the case in Indian families, but his was not the machines of the fields but the presses of the printing studio. Like his Father, Mukesh Sharma is fascinated with understanding how things work and how he can manipulate the metal in his hands. It is not surprising then that his medium of choice is printing. One of the most physically challenging of all the practices, it can often be physically challenging as well as technical and detailed. In his youth, Sharma would draw with stones on walls and floors. He was lucky his family encouraged this and he is grateful for his early art-training at the Jaipur School of Art but it was at the Baroda Art Department that he was introduced to the great printing traditions of Jyoti Bhatt...

Food & Weather Gauge (1/40)
Located in Nashville, TN
Artwork Size: 12 x 19 in Edition 1 of 40 "Flood and Weather Gauge" is a multi-colored print from hand-carved engravings, matted and framed, by Ke Francis. As a writer as well as a visual artist, many of Francis' artworks have a literary aspect to them, whether it is pure illustration or an implied narrative. "Flood and Weather Gauge" was created as a purely visual image without any accompanying text. However, Francis creates an implied narrative within the piece through the relationship and dialogue between the overwhelmed homemade weather gauge and the intensifying weather conditions of the flood. Over ten years after the original work's creation, a version of Flood and Weather Gauge accompanied Michael Hannon...

HOPE was born in 2020 when, at the height of the pandemic, Pejac painted a mural on a hospital in his hometown – Santander. Seen from afar, thousands of figures formed the illusion of large crevice. The artwork quickly went viral online, and became a symbol of hope for many. Begun in the middle of 2023, our collaboration is centered on the question of how hope is found or created. To create the original work, Pejac undertook a month-long residency at Make-Ready in London. HOPE is an unprecedented collaboration between artist and printmaker. With the edition, Pejac reinterprets his iconic crevice which, seen up close, you will be surprised to see is made up from a multitude of tiny, individually-painted people. Each one plays their part in an overarching story of humanity. In the first print, just three figures appear, in the second, there are six and so on until the final print in the series of 1000, which features several thousand figures – each one unique. About the Artist: Pejac, born in Santander in 1977 is a Spanish street artist known for his minimalist style whilst exploring sensitive social, environmental and political issues. His work is powerful and deliberately provocative about real-world issues and he uses a range of artistic styles and mediums to get his often critical message across. Pejac studied art in Barcelona and Milan where he became disillusioned with the elitist attitude of the art world he was studying; he left formal education and embarked on his street art career. To label Pejac as a street artist is only capturing one element of his work. Pejac works to such fine detail and is technically highly skilled; he is quite capable at getting his message across with silhouette paintings on a wall or floor as he is at producing work in a classical style with exquisite fine detail. Pejac’s art...
