About the Item

This original exhibition poster was designed and printed by Mourlot for Picasso’s exhibition at Galerie Louise Leiris in Paris. It features a drawing by Picasso entitled "The Painter and His Model," created in ink and colored pencil during his time in Notre-Dame-de-Vie, Mougins in 1972. The poster was released as part of the first print run, which is noted for its high-quality reproduction of Picasso’s work. An additional print run exists with the same design but printed on different paper. This poster is referenced as number 241 in Rodrigo's Catalogue Raisonné, Volume 1.
