2016

About the Item

Nine Color Guitar by Tim Armstrong, Punk Rock Street Art Print. Comes from an edition of 200 released in 2016. Dimensions of 20 in x 28 in. Nine-color silkscreen on Stonehenge, 100% cotton archival paper. Signed by the artist, numbered and embossed. Tim Armstrong is an American musician, singer, songwriter, producer, poet, music label owner and actor. He is the singer/guitarist for the punk rock band Rancid and hip hop/punk rock Transplants. Tim got his start in the Bay Area and playing in Berkley frequently on 924 Gilman Street. To this day, few have been able to reproduce the sound of his early punk/ska band Operation Ivy. Tim Armstrong won a Grammy Award for his work with Jimmy Cliff and Pink. Few have been so influential in the modern punk rock scene, all without compromising his roots and DIY values. Our gallery takes pride in providing only the highest quality pieces, stored and shipped with acid free tissue paper. Stored flat, with no signs of wear. Contact us for works with a similar style or other recommendations. Inquire for one of our many pieces by Banksy, Mr. Brainwash, Kaws and Murakami.
