About the Item

Jacqueline Hubin, better known as Jacotte Capron, was born in 1935 and studied at the Ecole des Beaux-arts in Nantes. While on vacation in the South of France, she was invited to intern with ceramist Roger Capron. Shortly afterwards, they married and the collaboration lasted 50 years, until Roger's death in 2006. “Origami” is a ceramic of variable dimensions, with different faces offering different textures and colors.
