About the Item
ASCENDING HELIX exhibits a spiral geometry and can be suspended from a ceiling or ground mounted to a tension bar and floor base. The two types of textured dichroic glass change color with point of view and ambient lighting. Magenta to green and gold to cyan are the dominant color shifts. This sculpture can be scaled larger with pricing on request.

Lyle London
Lyle London grew up in Hawaii and graduated with a BA Cum Laude from Dartmouth College. His fine art sculpture strives to embody the alluring mystery of the natural world. Spiral geometry is a prevailing theme and is explored extensively in artworks over the last 20 years. He has created many large scale public art works as well as hundreds of smaller works and commissions for private placement. Clients include health care facilities, universities, hotels, and cruise ships, and municipalities. He was the founder and principal designer for an architectural metals and design business for over 25 years. 3D CAD provides a platform for his creative process in designing and engineering his work.
