About the Item
Oriental sculpture from the mid-20th century. Nicely carved and worked exotic wooden object depicting a character with an animal on a chain of good quality. Sculpture made from a single wooden block, of good size, modified during the 20th century to obtain a lamp (see photo) lacking an electrical system. Finished work for the center, for antique dealers and interior designers, adorned with numerous details. It shows some signs of aging and small chips (see photos). Structurally sound, overall in good state of conservation.
