Amanda Alic Color Photography
Amanda Alic was born in Pontiac, Michigan. She studied photography with Joel Sternfeld at Sarah Lawrence College and received her MFA in Photography and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in 1995. Alic's photographs have been exhibited in galleries and museums in New York, San Francisco, Belgium and Israel. Her work has been seen at White Columns, Jessica Murray Projects and the Front Room Gallery. Alic was a founding member of the Video Room and co-curated the Video Room Video festival in 1998. She sometimes collaborates with her husband, Ethan Crenson with whom she has a young son named Mac.
